After reading through the reports I have chosen to go with the Synthesis: Community Vulnerability

My concept is to design a community safe house, where occupants from the surrounding area can take refuge in natural disasters etc. The design will be safe against natural disasters such as flooding and earthquakes and will have 'eco friendly' features to make it self sustainable and clean. The safe house will bring the community together and protect the more vulnerable in the community.
